new Kawasaki bike?

http://sploid.gizmodo.com/new-kawasa...-tr-1468619071

admittedly I don't have a bike license, but if this bike came out, I would totally get one and get this bike.

If it didn't have the 2 wheels in the front and didn't transform into an upright old grandma mobile then it would be bad ass.

It reminds me of the Yamaha Tesseract concept in '07.

I'd be willing to bet my left testicle that this thing will never make it to production.

Yeah I doubt in race trim but I could see a R25 street version to compete with the other 250's.

I hope they make a street version. Kawasaki has pretty much owned that market for years with the Ninja 250R and 300. I even heard it was the highest selling sport bike in America. It makes no sense that Yamaha and Suzuki don't also make one to compete. And even Honda's CBR250R is pretty meh to me.

Edit: Looks like Honda recently announced a CBR300R... but still doesn't look as good as the Kawasaki. Less power and less sporty but a little lighter.

I was actually referring to the concept in the first post. I'd love to see more 250-300cc beginner sport bikes.

Yeah it was and glad they finally updated it after like 15 yrs.

I wish they would bring back the CBR400RR and designed them like their bigger brothers. The 400RR looked like a mini 900RR and I've seen a few here in the US.

I would like to see a race spec but also doubt it as well. If it ever does, I hope it even makes it here.

Oh, I know, those bikes were absolute screamers! I think all the big 4 Japanese brands made a 4 cylinder super high revving 250-400cc sport bikes in the 90's. But I guess they were almost as expensive as the bigger bikes so weren't too popular. Still, I'm happy to see some more 250-300cc sport bike competition going on now.
