Question Turbo FR-S

Hey guys first post here I was searching around and couldn't find much on this but I was wondering do you guys know or think there might be a turbo version of this car in the future coming from the factory? Or it will only be the 2.0L N/A motor?

Thank you can't wait to see the actual pics of the unveiling of the Tokyo auto show

Is that for sure? Because all I read is the 2.0 engine for some reason. So the only way to get the Turbo motor is to go with the Subaru version?

No turbo ver yet. But if you want turbo ft86 you can swap in the ej257, as toyota/Subaru made sure both fb and ej share same engine mounts and bellhosing.

I think TRD will have a turbo kit that can be installed at your local dealer as well as the STI

We be trolling you Mino

The engine will be N/A on both Subaru and Scion/Toyota at ~200 hp. High compression ratio of 12.5:1 means most likely no turbo or s/c kits for now.

Thanx KaliKev That's what I was reading but hopefully the STI version will be true with the turbo engine.
