RTR BRZ runs

This weekend I ran my BRZ in pretty much its only appearance it will get to do in SCCA RTR trim. It simply has crash bolts, 225/45/17 Dunlop Star Specs on stock wheels, and an alignment. I live/race at over 1 mile above sea level so you can see the car is probably slower than most of yours. Note I race in SCCA usually in a WRX at national events and the BRZ is my DD and PCA event car so I'm prep'ing it for STX going forward:

They were fine. I'm used to it as we have many events on very small mostly 1st gear lots in town here that require shifts like that often. Since it was a track we set a couple turns that tight on purpose. I have read people complaining it's hard to heel-toe this car. I have never thought that to be the case. It really is a very fun car with incredible balance once I changed the alignment though its hurting for PAX performance where I live.

That course, albeit relatively slow, looked incredibly fun! Great flow. I also find this car incredibly easy to heel toe.

Nice driving! What tire pressure do you run?

I have the same tire/setup and would like to know what tire pressure to start off with.

It was a fun course with a great thrill section in the middle.

I was happiest with 37f/33r pressure but keep in mind I have crash bolts in the front.

I also have the camber bolts. Alignment : front toe-0, rear total toe-in .22

I ran 37f/37r pressure and was too tail happy. I probably should lower the rear end pressure.

Yeah start with 34psi and drop until you think you went too far. At 31psi the rear got sloppy so I went back up to 33 and was pretty happy.
