You do not need to drill into your bumper. It's held on by a few bolts on the bottom, using existing holes underneath the front bumper. You have to remove your bumper to install the lip, but it's not that hard to do. However, the lip did not come pre-drilled, so you have to drill holes on the bottom-side of the lip in order to mount it...but it's better that way to ensure a nice fit

And that JDP sticker is just a sticker. I stuck it on after I installed the lip.
