FS: Brand New Set of Black RPF1 17x8 +45 w/ Toyo R888Rs & TPMS

I have a brand new set of Black RPF1, 17x8 +45 with brand new Toyo R888 Proxes and TPMS. These will clear the new BRZ with the Performance Pack Brembos on them. It was recommended this would be the best size and weight for any sort of track activity from this forum, but I never had the chance to do it.

I'm selling them because I sold my BRZ after being told by my wife I needed to be more "practical" for my 80 mile daily commute. These wheels finally came in after a long wait, but it was too late. Let my loss be your gain!

If you do this whole package on Tire Rack, it's just about $1,950 shipped. I'm selling the whole set for $1,200, buyer pays shipping. I would like to use PayPal so the transaction is safe for both of us.

(I made a mistake on this thread before and didn't post the wheels with the proper signage. I got it right, now!)

Ha ha! I got a Mazda..... don't get all excited.... CX-5 Grand Touring. I've never owned a Mazda before, but for a commuter car, it's great! It's actually fun to drive and light in what is an incredibly boring segment.

It's also my first car to take regular gas since 2000! When you commute 80 miles a day, it makes a big difference with premium prices these days.

Interesting, I got a Mazda 3 touring to replace my daily a couple months ago, shoulda got the GT for the HID headlights, these Mazda halogens suck. Mazda seems good bang for the buck, though after owning it a few months I can see where they cut costs. But most of the stuff you don't notice in your DD so I guess it was a smart move by them

I dd mine everyday its an 88 mile commute. I traded in 16 Mazda 6 gt on the Toyota 86. Both average 32Mpg, only difference is the 86 takes premium. Still very "practical"

Tom, that commute when it's snowing by me would be a tricky proposition, even with winter tires. I cannot be late for work, or I'll get the boot. I also drive to work before 3A, so the plows aren't out. Honestly, I never bought the BRZ as a daily, but my wife took my Land Rover for her own. So here I am! No biggie. I really like this Mazda more than I thought I would.

I like how many of us have owned a Mazda in this thread!

Zion, you're right. It's why I got the Grand Touring with Tech Package because of the LED headlights. Makes a big difference!

Now if someone could outlaw putting LED aftermarket bulbs in non-projector halogen housings, I'd appreciate that. Those things light up everything but the road. They're blinding at night, especially on brodozers.
