Carbon fiber hoods
Just out of curiosity which hood company would be better to purchase for carbon fiber? Carbon creations or Seibon? The price doesn't bother me but I'm more concerned for quality and fit.

I'd look into VIS as well.

I think they are all the same with fitment as in hit or miss. I think the Seibon is thicker resin which makes it heavier, and Vis and carbon creation is thinner. I say get whatever design you like the best.

Most carbon hoods are heavier than stock. If you are buying it for looks, I'd tell you to wrap it instead and save 500bucks. |

Of course I'm getting it with vents. I'm not a big fan of the flat hood cf or oem

Here is what I would go with for both looks and cooling. Lighter too! So tempted...

I bought a vented carbon fiber hood just to match other CF accents, plus i will eventually boost the car so figured why not Siebon/VIS i've had good luck with in the past/friends but some did require some re drilling of the holes in order to make them fit better. Make sure you go to a body shop if you're having problems with it.
