I don't know whether to
and call that rice or if I actually think it looks decent. On a side note, I think Toyobaru will be my custom license plate for my 86.

Im reference to that article: don't see how the FT version could cost near $25,000.
Look at the GTI for instance: I know they aren't direct competitors but for younger car shoppers, specifically males, the two cars provide what they may be looking for. The GTI is massively optioned (for a sport compact) with luxury features you might find in BMW/MB/Audi. Even with the soft touch materials and features galore the price starts at just over $23,000. If we are actually going to see a light weight, stripped down, low power N/A engine AND parts sharing to cut costs then I see no reason for a price over $20,000. A more reasonable comparison would probably be the RWD Genesis 2.0T. Turbocharged base model for around $23,000 as well. Last edited by cr22; 11-07-2009 at 02:17 PM. |

Holy speculative thread resurrection, Batman.
That's one terrible, late 2000s concept rendering. What kind of villain would tease the automotive enthusiast community with exactly what they wanted for 4 years then snatch it all away. It's worse than taking candy from a baby. |

I put a pre-order hold in at my local dealer today for it. Coming late 2018. It is $37,500. I ordered it with optional Harman Kardon audio. It comes standard with Brembos.
