Good idea... Windows 7 with some kind of car-ui gui or linux? Just curous.

Actually, yes. I'm thinking the first thing I'll try is Win7 with Centrafuse. I might go with Ubuntu though for a lower cost alternative though.

OSX Lion wouldn't do it for me since I would have to use an Intel processor for the CPU and I'm a mostly AMD guy. Also, the Brazos Fusion APUs have better graphics than a comparably sized Intel Atom based system.

Lack of front camber adjustment is very disappointing. Can be fixed with coilovers, but still...

(My sources of disappointment are very different from the majority of the forum's I'm sure.)

I think that's disappointing too but I do wonder if the strut housings themselves have it where they mount to the spindle. A lot of aftermarket setups are like that so I guess it's possible for the stock ones to be slotted as well, that eliminates the need to the eccentric bolts.

HA! Thank you for clearing this up! A few posts back I was pointing this out. I was getting tired of the complaints of the "silver tach". This car pretty much has all standard equipment of the low spec jdm has which one could consider as the "standard" spec. I'm so betting the fogs, hid, better hu, mmmmaybe seats are all accessories. Only thing I can't see are the toggle switches and hvac. WAY TO GO TOYOTA i mean SCION!

Subaru's have an adjustable camber bolt on the strut connection. I can't tell if the ones on the strut ARE adjustable because we only see the wrong side of the bolt in those photos...

JUST LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ( since most of you have no clue about this brand) that SCION will roll out a "Release Series" edition (in the first year after the model finally comes out) that will have extra stuff for more money. e.g.: Scion tC RS7 came out with different color, TRD lip kit, push start button ( keyless entry) and some other minor things.

just sayin' before most of you comes back crying that this is BS... you already bought a car and now this ones rolls out

1. I need heated seats to warm my balls.
2. Please point me to where I can buy HIDs for that price.
3. true a RS will be coming that has a bunch of the missing things people want

You can buy HID kits for $35+shipping.

They suck. Badly... we have a set for the race car that we threw in the trash they were so bad.

To do a real HID conversion you need the proper projectors and all so you are looking at several hundred dollars minimum.
