Just letting y'all know, I was able to order everything from my local Toyota dealer except:
Radio facia left and right Steering wheel trim Door handle (to open it, not the pull handle). If you know someone it's cheaper to order from them. At cost I save about 15 bucks on the parts and no shipping fee. Just letting people know that more can be ordered than just the shifter surround and buttons. ![]()

@Superhatch point taken... But if its done well nobody will ever know they difference and if using the right materials you're probably going to see less wear then the oem plastics(from my experience with the silver trim.
Also, not sure if this applies to brz's as well but when prepping my parts for cf/resin work I realized that the frs dash panels are just the matte black panels with vinyl overlay. So if you frs guys want to save a little and put in a little elbow grease and some light heat he maybe worth it. Can one of you brz owners shoot me a pic of the back of your stock radio/dash pieces? I tried uploading a pic of my dash panel after the vinyl overlay was pulled, but me being deployed this net isn't having it.

Not sure if this is good enough. The BRZ panels are the black plastic and it seems the silver is a paint or coating. When I sanded them down they turned black. It's not a vinyl

You can pull all of them off pretty easily except the steering wheel. I Don't know where the full dash panel DIY is but the second link sort of covers it. There might be a link somewhere in this thread. You can kind of see where the clips on the dash panels are in post 325

The rings only come with cars that have the leather knee pads, so Limited trims. Otherwise they all get the crappy plastic covering. So, if you're going to get a ring, it's going to be silver because it was never made any other way.

I just did the full change out including door handles. I'll post up pics in a little bit.
It took about 1.5 hours total I'd say and I was very careful in the removal of all pieces and had a very nice 15 piece dash removal kit to aid me. I only ended up using about 3 main tools for this job, and overall it was pretty easy.

I got this set of tools from Amazon for $20. I only used about 3-4 tools, so a smaller set would probably work just fine:
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Astro-Pneumatic-4524-Fastener-11-Piece/dp/B005NMCE04/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1367544089&sr=8-6&keywords=dash+removal+tool"]Astro Pneumatic 4524 Auto Fastener and Molding Removal Tool Set, 11-Piece - Amazon.com[/ame] Some DIYs and videos that helped me: Door card removal: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12520 Once you get the screws out, don't be afraid to just pop the door off with medium force. Start at the edge where you removed the push lock. The door handle comes out easy enough, you just unmount the cables from the handle and then they slide right out. Inner HVAC garnish: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13583 Just use the JDM knee pad removal DIY since you need to do all that to get to the garnish. It was the longest part of the install. Vent rings: Just get a tool under them and pop them off. Door handle garnish: See Door card removal. Radio/dash panel: See JDM knee pad DIY. Of note, the radio piece needs to be flexed a bit on the bottom to line the tab up so that it inserts back into the dash. If you snap it right in it will look like it doesn't cover the gap between the HVAC panel and the radio. Sport/Trac buttons: See JDM knee pad DIY. Shifter garnish: See JDM knee pad DIY. I think that covers it all. Oh, photos...yeah...working on that. :happy0180:
