Sounds lovely. Deep rumble, I love it! Let me know when the Borla UEL's start acting up, 'cause I've heard from several owners that they rattle after a certain amount of time. They could be wrong though- each header is different nonetheless.

Nameless Frontpipe/Overpipe Combo + MTEC springs
Just had the Nameless Frontpipe/Overpipe combo and MTEC springs installed, and... HOLY SH*T IT'S BEEN AWESOME.
The TRD catback gave my car a nice, deeper growl whenever I accelerate, but it was kind of tame. After I had the Borla UEL installed, it got too loud for my taste. Sounded great on the city streets when I accelerate and shift, but driving long distance on the highways gave me a headache without turning up my music to cover up the noise. The combo droned at around 3k rpm, which was highway speed, as well as when I decelerated/engine-breaking. To my surprise, when I swapped out the OEM overpipe and frontpipe with the Nameless FP/OP combo, the drone completely went away! Well, I'm not sure about completely, but I was so used to the drone at 3k rpm and engine-breaking that I feel like there's no drone at all now. This was surprising to me, considering that i swapped OEM out with aftermarket. It might also be because that the nameless pipe is resonated. Also, the boxer rumble is now VERY distinct when I accelerate. I'm LOVING it. When I installed just the Borla headers, I was thinking... hmm... I think I hear the boxer rumble now... but I was never sure, since this is my first Subaru. But now, I KNOW that is the boxer rumble. It's louder when accelerating, rumbles, a little bit of pop, etc. Sounds way more distinct and awesome. But not as loud on the highway anymore, probably due to no more drone. I wish I had this installed before I made my 3,000-mile road trip last month. As for the MTEC springs: BEST cheap investment for the car besides the drop-in air filter. After I installed the TRD quickshifter, it was way more notchy shifting between gears, and took significantly more effort. But I kept it because I liked how short the shifts are. After installing the MTEC springs, it is back to easy again. I got two sets of MTEC in my order, so if anyway wants to buy the second set from me, let me know. I'll put in Motul Gear 300 next and hope to get even better shifting. Thanks Neil @The Racers Line for installing these two parts!
