Not normally big on vehicle graphics but I'm going to figure something out for my 86... I really want to make it stand out without overdoing it. Right now I'm inspired by the graphics used on Liberty Walk vehicles... Clean as hell. Anyway I was born in Japan so might do something with the rising sun that LW uses in their cars... I'll have to change it up a bit but I have a starting point at least. I'll mock it up in Illustrator/Photoshop and see what I come up with.

On another note, I'll have all my ordered parts soon... cant wait to get everything installed so I can get my photoshoot done and start making some shows and meets.

Wow that's amazing. Do you have adjustable dampener controls? I've seen an electronic kit to remotely control it. If this works with the snap-in that sounds perfect. Research time!

No I do not but you definitely got me thinking... it is indeed research time.

Woo hoo... HKS supercharger pro kit v3 and Beatrush aluminum underpanel shipped today! I'm still waiting on a couple other parts though.

I am still trying to make up my mind about what exhaust system combination I'm going to go with. Wish there were more of you around where I live so I could hear and feel the different exhaust system components.

I am currently leaning towards the following combination: (note: I already own an Ark Grip exhaust)

HKS exhaust manifold + Stock or Tomei over pipe + Ark Performance test pipe.

I would try it without the overpipe first to gauge how loud of a note you can bear. I think it's going to be a bit on the loud side with the overpipe but its hard to overlook the performance benefits of replacing it.

I've been reading forum posts about changing the spark plugs... I think I'm going to change mine when my headers, over pipe, and front pipe are out... I'll do the drop the engine method instead of working in super tight spaces. Going with HKS M50HL spark plugs.

Any insight on changing the plugs would be appreciated...either method.

So my HKS supercharger pro kit v3 will arrive on Tuesday... I might try to get a head start and remove my bumper tomorrow (29 February)...

At some point during the install I will know:

- If the Beatrush (Fr.) beam brace will work with the HKS intercooler with or without modification.

- If the Mishimoto oil cooler will fit on the driver side without shortening and rebuilding the lines. I have installed a really small windshield washer reservoir so I think I will be able to fit the cooler. I hope to just reroute the lines.

- If I will be able to modify my Beatrush air intake duct duct so that it clears the intercooler piping that passes under the radiator support brace.

__________________________________________

I plan on polishing the HKS piping before installation...so that will extend my installation time.

This install won't be a quick one as I am waiting on a couple parts to arrive that need to be installed with the bumper off. I will do a little here and a little there until I finish... I love having a daily driver!

Also, I will most likely switch out the spark plugs for one step colder ones during this install... I'm looking to get the HKS M50HL.

I'm still deciding on exhaust system components... I'm now leaning towards a catted HKS exhaust manifold + stock over/joint/support pipe + Ark Performance resonated (Hemholz) front/straight/test pipe. I hope to hear some different combinations in the near future so I can make up my mind.
