Crashes like this don't just happen to good drivers.
Too much entry speed, way too early turn-in, driving way over his head and skill level.

Shit does sometimes just happen. This time the shit was entirely avoidable with some modicum of skill and sense.

Considering that road had no railings after some point I would not even try to take corners like that.

Hell I wouldn't try any crazy fast F&F driving on any Cliffside road with or without a railing.
