Damn, too bad it's not longer. I wanted Mines Rd to be longer too. I was just getting into it and all the sudden arrived at the junction!

yeah I drove Tesla out to 5 one time, and while the views/scenery are great, I thought the drive wasn't very interesting most of the way. Plus you see a lot of trucks/trailers and that sort of stuff. Still have to check out Patterson Pass someday. Hmmm, maybe this weekend.

I personally prefer Patterson Pass, a lot twistier but much narrower, actually pretty similar to the narrow section of Mines. If you do get a chance, try it at night. The view of the Livermore (or Tracy/Valley) lights coming down the hill is awesome, but please be careful: dark, hard to see corners, deer, etc.

This was actually the loop we were planning on doing back in one of the morning drives, but the fog and the size of the group made it pretty iffy for driving Patterson Pass. Tesla probably would have been ok, but then you miss all the views from the fog.

Mines was kinda short since we didn't really do the whole run. I've killed plenty of Sunday mornings doing the whole Livermore to San Jose route.

All I have to say is EPIC!
That meet looks totally awesome and fun at the same time.

Someone, QUICK! Please tell me what exhaust is that on the white FR-S on the second page? I love those turn down style mufflers.

And one last thing, When are us Texas guys going to plan something EPIC. State wide! Somewhere central maybe?

They similiar, but at the same time the white FR-S seems like the tips are larger bore, and placed slightly further out. Could this be a different system all together?

The White FRS belongs to my friend @DekaMori and I can confirm that it is an AutoFactory exhaust.

~fwiw...AF had a design change on their cat-back system...the original design was indeed different...tandem (horizontally-oriented) canisters, so the original piping/tips got changed and this was the final result =)
