Scion had absolutely nothing to do with this car's design or engineering. It doesn't even fit in with the Scion family. For all purposes aside from sales and support, it isn't a Scion. I guess it could be said of a few other Scion models. I just wish they'd call it like it is, "Here's this car, available exclusively at Scion" and not "Dis r be r pride n joy we mayk diz, hurrr." Scion largely is not a car maker, they're an internal marketing firm.

This is a big part of why I rebadged my car. Combination of this issue, association with what I perceive the scion image to be, and irritation at the lack of available options for the car. I sure wish I didn't want the orange so bad... Having a Subaru would have been a lot easier to explain to people.

I meant the fact that I'm a Toyota now, sorry I can see how that would be misinterpreted. I've met almost no one aside from fellow enthusiasts that knows what a GT86 is haha.

I was the one in the sweet rental Camry that glanced over real quickly, then looked away cause I realized I wasn't driving my BRZ and there'd be no reason for you to look my direction. And that's my story.

Noticed for the first time today there is a white BRZ limited with fuel door cover in the parking deck at my office in Tysons, on Leesburg Pike. If you're on here I'll treat you to lunch one day in exchange for a ride haha.

Haha darn too bad I missed that. You'd see me now in a sweet rental corrola... I was in my way to chantilly auto body for a scratch in my driver door.
