Its light weight, RWD, and reasonable power...The FRS\BRZ is a winner.

Show me another current or near production RWD 2+2 that is less than 2700 pounds?

I love a balance of power, handling and feel. It didn't take a lightweight car for me to feel that and it didn't take a ridiculously heavy one either. In my RSX I only get two of three things I like in a sporty car.

I think what a lot of people don't understand (usually the one's that say "turbo!" or "2JZ" whenever the FT86 is brought up) is that more power doesn't always equate to a more engaging car. Plus, more power isn't that hard to achieve. Having a light curb weight without compromising daily driveability is a lot harder to achieve.

If it remains true to its heritage it will be a car that teaches you how to be a fast driver.

You said it bro! What is so impressive about this car is the low weight, and that it is RWD and it has a low COG and low .cd!

And it looks sexy and hell yo! LOL!

the AE86 was never fast and look what an icon it's become. it's been said a million times over. we have been begging for this car ever since they killed all the good RWD platforms it's like tuners had it good until 02 then everything died off. i just hope that this car opens the flood gates for more powerful RWD that are made for the driving experiance not for elevendy million MPG some other eco reason.

There are plenty of "more powerful RWD cars that are made for the driving experience," just not in this price range.

I wanna be the owner of a iconic car in the future, like the S15, AE86, Supra, Gtr Skylines, etc, are. I wanna have a fun, light, RWD, reliable car that has good MPG's and looks good doing it all in one package.
