I like it but I can't figure out where you would mount the switch in the FRS though... I thought it would be next to the trunk open button but there isn't an empty space there like it was meant to be there. The GT 86's have the foglight switch on the turn signal stock like this one I think.

Might have to go with it instead but I would think changing out the stock would be alot harder though

You can but you do not have to. These work independently if you want them to.

I think they will look better with the stock DRL off like how you did since the stockers are just Halogens. Unless some have already replaced them with LEDs. Probably gonna get mine turned off as soon as these arrive and get installed

Having now had both installed, fog due to the bezel looks sportier, but the led in my opinion is all round better looking for day to day use.

The LEDs are bright and match 6000k HID,

The brightest setting is best for both day and night, taking a pic you cannot get what the it actually looks like, as the day looks dim and night looks too bright, but in reality it is perfect. It kind of looks just like the led on a Mercedes C200, to put it into perspective.

Installation is really so simple, under an hour if you know what you doing.

I also ran temp wires from the battery during installation, to ensure after each fit or connection the LEDs worked so I did not find when I closed up something did not work.

Quality is excellent...
hiya ryan, with getting behind the bumper to unscrew the foglights, did u just do that by going behind the wheel arch, or did u need to remove the bumper?

also, if only wired the led drls to the fog light existing wire, how does that differ from wiring to headlight and fog light?

cheers and thanks!

You pull the bezel off, very easy. Use your hand, screwdrivers will scratch. You will need to turn front wheel either side and get in from behind, enuf space. Remove 2 screws on the fog lights and just pops off.
As for the wiring I put the positive onto the fog harness positive with those red crimp clips and then wired the black earth to the screw below the fuse box.
I did not use the white or blue wires as the LED is perfect on bright setting for both day and night, have not had anyone flash me due the led being too bright.
Very very easy install took me 1 hour taking it slowly and buy this way you can turn your led on or off from the inside switch. I did not connect to ignition, so I could have my radio at ACC on with all the lights off.

Hope this helps.
