Anyone who has this exhaust and had trouble with the tip hitting the bumper and the t pipe being really close to the sway bar?

i just got the J2 dual tip exhaust...

but the connection between the j2 midpipe and the stock cat pipe does not work.
The J2 midpipe is 2.75in, the stock cat pipe is a male ball and cup flange that needs a female 3in. the j2 midpipe flange is too small and wont fit the 3in ball

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

did you try taking the gasket off the rear of the stock down pipe?
