Beyer,
Thanks for the update. Question for you: R&RA has HID but they're not adjustable? Passenger footwell flare doesn't count in my book b/c it's just a Japanese regulation, like TPMS on USDM or headlight washers on EDM. Quote:

I have a cosmetic difference. The rectangle under the head lamps. USDM does not have this I have noticed.

If the RA was available here (or the Scion/Toyota equivalent), that's what would be sitting in my driveway right now. I love bare bones "body-in-white" type cars...
