Hey everyone, I just purchased my FR-S on Dec 1st, as a Bday/Divorce/Christmas present to myself! I got it in whiteout, however all they had were autos, so I wasnt exactly happy, but the upside is it came with paddle shifters brought to me by way of the shiftronic transmission. I am actually really happy with it! It really scoots and even better gets great gas mileage. I actually got a whopping 121 miles on a quarter of a tank! Im very impressed with the motor and how effecient it is. The torque is enough and the hp is def enough for this little drift roadster!

Long time lurker, I decided to join after all. Got my FR-S (Auto, no regrets) last Saturday and barely hit 220+mi as of yesterday. Super effecient and incredibly balanced compared to the Nissan Z. I was a longtime Nissan fan (still am), but Toyota has me as a customer for sure. The local dealership got my vehicle within a month to boot !! Love my aggressively stanced little guy. (I consider mine a male car...I call him Escher/Etch-a-Sketch lol.)

Hello from Texas!!
I am 41 year old male and i decided that i didn't need a truck anymore. I live in Deep Southeast Texas on the largest lake in the state and i do photography professionally when needed. RMStringer Photography Is my site and you can also follow me on Twitter.com/RMStringer as well. The FR-S reminds me of my Acura Integra i had over 20 years ago and it is a blast to drive. I bout it in Lufkin Texas from Loving Toyota because of their service department. I had been doing business with them and decided to go with their dealership as well.

Hey everyone! I'm glad to be here. I just picked up my FR-S in Asphalt last night. It's funny to think that the first post in this thread was all the way back in 2009, even though it doesn't feel like it was still in the concept stages that long ago.
I don't think this forum is good for my health though. I was just reading through all the technical issues people have had with their cars and now I'm paranoid lol. |

Hey folks,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ash, I'm 34 years old, live in Northern VA, and I'm considering getting a BRZ in the Spring/early Summer of '13, when my lease is up on my G37 sedan. I'm a backyard wrench and a budding trackday fiend. I've prepped and tracked my G and it did quite well for such a heavy car, but I want something more track focused and capable. I've toyed with the idea of a Cayman S but I think a BRZ is a smarter choice. I'm also considering the AVO Turboworld 5 psi kit, so I'll be doing some research on that too. I'm more interested in go than show, and tend to like sleepers accordingly. I'm here to learn about the car and its quirks etc... and also to meet guys n gals with the same interests. Here are a couple pics and a video of my recent track outing for shizz and giggles: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmmpPNYbZps"]Track Day[/ame] |

First car? Daamn bro congrats man. All i advise is do not drive outside your skill level. If you haaave to screw around do it on a track or at very least an open ass lot with no poles hehe. From one mt firestorm owner to another. Welcome to the club

Hello guys, my name is Alan, and I will very soon become a proud owner of Whiteout Scion FR-S 6MT. My new baby will be arrived at the port on Jan. 2nd and will be delivered to my dealership on the 4th. Needless to say I am very excited to drive this vehicle. Currently, I'm driving my 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan that I bought new on Mar. 28th, 2007. It's been my main car for the past almost 6 years. During the ownership of my G, I've also had 2 Honda Del Sol and a S2000. I look forward to obtain many valuable information, and, of course, do my part to contribute on this forum. This is my G at this year's Hot Import Night Pomona: ![]() ![]()

HOT LAVA THE PERFECT COLOR
Congrats man! Intriguing color choice.
![]() Ever since I was a kid I always wanted a ``orange`` sport car. The hot lava is THE ultimate color for the FR-S !!! My awesome girlfriend thinks my car named ``The Beast``is really sexy!

HI EVERYONE!! I've been following this site for about a month now and I love it, so I decided to make an account. So that I can have some input or ask questions.
As of right now I've put in an order at my local Toyota for a whiteout FRS, I'm debating about should I wait for the new model or just get it now even with all the issues of CEL that I've been reading about. Anyways hope to have some fun here. |
