Thats what I've been doing. I've been searching for a diy to fix it besides the one involving installing sound deadener in the door

I was told about a new recall today concerning the ECU. I didn't have time to ask the service advisor on what it was exactly but he mentioned that not all cars are affected.

We have a thread on it linked in the first post; it affects the entire NEW Subaru lineup registered in CA emissions states. I think there's also a Toyota recall for it, too.

There is a Toyota recall as well. CZW specialized service campaign according to my local head tech. It effects FRSs that follow CA emission guidelines. Just a software update for effected models.

I got a reflash on my ecu and according to the dealership this was per S-SB-0032-14 which was "just released"

This was to correct my second p019 issue.

One of the cam positioning sensor codes that cause the CEL/SL. Sorry it's technically a P0019 or whatever.

does anyone have the .pdf for TSB S-TT-0042-12 ??? would love to have it printed in hand next time i go to my dealer to get my tail light replaced since they wanted to act completely oblivious that there is a problem.
