I was getting the idle issue a lot at the start but now with 8xxxkm I rarely get it. Maybe once a month.

Why the hold? I had the ECU replaced on my FR-S last month. I've also had 1 tail light replaced. The replacement tail light has condensation in it which is now frozen. The engine maybe runs a little better, but the idle dip is fairly bad. There's also a weird throttle hesitation at low rpm which is intermittent.

No rough idle here at all since day 1 only thing I can feel is the idle dip when the AC compressor kicks in ( it auto cycles the AC If the air is on front defrost ) I'm sure there will eventually be a reflash to address the harsh engagement. No tail condensation. Just lots of fun with the nannies off and broken necks of people gawking at the cars sexy ness

Mine was like yours and, quite frankly; I was just like you...super confident. (Except super paranoid)

It all changed after 24XX KM. Now I have rough idle, dip, and LED DRL + tail light condensation... Just discovered today my left side has some too now...

FML; All there is left to do is to wait for the CEL to pop up.

I just spotted a black FRS being towed in New West. Passenger front corner appears to be smashed up.

You guys are scaring me. Im almost at 10,000 kms, was going to do another oil change, and luckily no issues yet *touches wood*... Planning on doing other fluid changes in the spring, and a good clay bar and waxing before winter weather hits.

Saw a raven FRS yesterday, Canada way near BCIT. I was driving the same way as the guy for about 5-10 minutes up Canada way.. Tried to make eye contact twice, matched speed, etc. But didnt seem to friendly.. Now that there are more FRS's and BRZs in vancouver we need a ft86 decal!
