I got something similar before. A Corolla with no power window/lock/mirror. You're lucky in a way. You will appreciate your car even more now.

The car? Nothing really. I mean it's a forgettable front wheel drive with questionable styling. A horror to drive when coming down off of a FR-S.

Mostly it's the types of guys I see driving them. I'm sure as shit not cool, then again I'm not growing a soul patch and spiking my hair up, guido style like every other tragic tC owner I see.

The Yaris at least is an econobox and though I've never driven one, I suspect it's fairly successful at being a high MPG car. I'm not really certain what the tC is supposed to be. A worse Civic? A boxy Celica?

Being gay is cool. Driving a Prius plug-in is not. I agree about mpg though.

My mom has a Yaris and I really really hate to say this but I like that car. I love the 3 glove boxes and the sliding and folding rear seats. I am indifferent as to how it drives but FOR WHAT IT IS its pretty good. The Fit is better, but don't tell my mom.

I've been driving the Civic for the last three weeks. Still have a couple. More weeks until a replacement driver's side window is available.

I kept the Yaris I bought in 2009 before I got the FRS. Solid, ultradependable build. But the FWD and e-steering are downright scary at times if you are used to driving a proper car, so be careful its one of the most difficult cars to keep on the road. I guess the word is jumpy maybe quirky. Just drive the thing slow.

Like I said before, my wife had a liftback. And I swear, that car attracted more attention from girls than anything I have ever driven. I had a company vehicle that I didn't feel like paying the ridiculous personal use mileage rate on, but the Yaris was the only car of the household, so I'd drive it around whenever I wasn't working. Picking her up from college in it, I had tons of girls say how cute it was. Yeah, never got anything remotely like that from my old cars.
