somewhat. on gen1 and gen2, it seems that the primary software limit is actually the amount of current the driver can pull. this is most likely done because of the cable thickness being used in the wiring. drawing more most likely can lead to toasty cables lol. on gen1 the driver memory can be reprogrammed so i will try and look for the current settings. but on gen2 your out of luck.

theirs a better chance to try and retrofit a WRX 15-20 steering rack. the current limits is nearly double on that.

I like toasty wires and I have a gen 1... :-)
