Made some chicken thighs quick-marinated in kewpie mayo (the mustard-y flavored one) and a ton of the Trader Joe's coffee bbq rub.

Made nachos for dinner:



Basic taco meat seasoning on ground beef, onion, cilantro (some underneath, some on top after the pic was taken), jalapenos, refried beans, oaxaca cheese.

Just missing salsa. All I had was Secret Aardvark Habanero hot sauce. Still good.
