I never said or wrote anything about this approaching the 911 GT3 RS. Nobody in their right mind would compare a $25k car to a $120k car. So please don't go over board with your analogies.

I said that this front vent used the same basic design feature as the GT3 RS. Now if you want to argue if it is beneficial or useful you can do that. I'm not sure how long Toyota spent in the windtunnel or on the track when they designed this feature. But when done correctly it is meant to help aero and handling. The key word is when done correctly. The purpose of something like this front vent (function over form) is for the car's handling and aero. We can start a new thread if you want to disagree or argue about the purpose of the vent.

Compare that to my avatar! They really went after the MKI look, and it is stunning.

You really like the front shot of cars with the wheels slightly turned, huh?

I don't mind the Scion there, but if it funcions as a third brake light, I'm taking the bulb(s) out. That's just corny.

And here is me talking like I'm actually going to be able to afford the car, lol.

I hate it. They took away the things I liked the most about the MK-II concept.

The rear is uglier. It looks like a damn Camaro rear! At least before it looked like a Celica rear. They somehow managed to make the defuser more boxy looking.

All I can say is wow! Holy hell! I think the only problem I had with this car was how extreme the mk2 was. Scion toned it down just enough to make it perfect. Absolutely sexy! Now just waiting for specs...weight, power, price.

I second that. Heard that was a problem on 08 evo x's...and that was from the sideskirts not designed to stick out far enough!!! A whole missing gap, I dunno.

This just doesn't look as elegant.

LOL I've noticed that too. Again, this is still a concept, so they might divide the taillights or change the trunk design

Whuh? Look at how much more slick the roof line is. Dont bother even looking at the diffuser, theres no way it'll make it to production in that form LOL.

The MKII looks hideous in comparison.

Although, I would like the tail lights to be slightly longer in the MKIII(yeah officially the new codename)
