I'm digging the front, but the back looks a little plain to me. The overall shape looks nice though.

looks like the "SCION" is a third brake light but on a removable panel. I'm sure you could swap out the Toyota one with the SCION if you wanted to

I think it may be a gullwing door concept that's why the handles are so low

The guy at the press conference said this:

The front bumper is aggressive… with fierce… edgy headlights. The roof has a gull-wing shape… channeling air-flow smoothly over the car. While the rear features a trapezoidal shape with unique tail lamps and center-positioned back-up light.

Maybe Hachi could clear that up for us

Concept Dimensions
Length – 168.2
Width – 71.5
Height – 47.4
Front Track – 61.8
Rear Track – 59.9

Wheelbase – 101.2
I know that cars have been migrating to the narrower rear track for stability and for the aerodynamic benefits of a slimmer rear. I'm still slightly surprised how narrow the rear is than the front. Almost 2 whole inches narrower!

And the current approximate frontal area is 19.6 sq ft with a 83% adjustment factor .

How about a 2+2 seating configuration… with a fold-flat cargo area large enough to transport a full set of race-spec tires… a floor jack and the necessary pit tools for a fun day at the track? Because you and I know that not all enthusiasts have a truck and trailer."
Where did you hear that zigzagz?

I mean, look at the wheel again. Its a single lug, race style. That's NOT making production, and neither are those brakes. Its all show and no go. Even if the rotor's weren't attached to the wheels, 18 inch? Farrr too much...not to mention it would skyrocket the cost of changing your brakes, and make the car more expensive from the dealer.
Not to mention those brakes are carbon ceramic on there. Which on a Porsche is like an $8000 upgrade.

i really hope this means it will be a liftback. how would you get a full set of race spec tires in there if it's not a liftback?

combination of rear decklid and taillights makes the rear end look even more like the LFA, where as the rear on the mark II reminded me of the supra.

i saw the gap between the bumper and hood that is in the pic ichi posted, is there any aerodynamic functionality to this? or is it just to keep the hood low and still have a bumper high enough to meet the pedestrian safety codes in the UK?
