Make thing entertaining, I'm Librarian! I should have bookcase full of books... NOPE! I'm a Librarian that doesn't read! lmao
I went through over 60 books last year, but didn't technically read a single one of them. All audiobooks checked out from the public library over the Internet.

Some of it was even nonfiction. Well, OK maybe the nonfiction book on the history of aliens at Area 51 technically wasn't nonfiction....

Painting is legit the worst. I always miss a spot and/or make some other kind of mistakes that force me to spend twice the intended time doing it.

The cosplay pics (well the hot pics in general) have sort of died out on here. Guess the fad ended.

The only mistakes I make in painting these days would be if I picked the wrong contractor. I HATE painting and refuse to do it anymore. It takes me ten times longer than the pros to do it and my free time is worth more than any contractor price to me.

First & foremost thank you for supporting your local library by using it. Even if you’re not physically coming in & checking out a book. Ebooks & e audiobooks still counts on the circulation.

I do read same 2 books every year. Art of War & Book of Five Rings. It only take few hrs to read, but annually I read those 2 books… well ebooks.

Frankly seems a bit shelfish.

You can think my Grandmother and Mother for that. They were the ones that taught me the library is the best way to get books and other media, particularly if you are a "one and done" reader like I am (I honestly don't remember the last time I re-read a book, fiction or non-fiction).

I was always a reader, particularly when traveling. I read books on the bus to school (I read all of Jules Verne in middle school, such grand trips), in the car on vacation, on planes when traveling for business, etc.

Now I use audiobooks exclusively, which surprised me. But, what I figured out is I'm a slow reader because it takes time to make up the "movie" in my head. Audiobooks keep me on track. A 10 hour unabridged audio book, which I go through in less than a week on my commute, would take me a month to read otherwise.
