Yeah, I’ll be using em… but first I gotta finish 2 knives. Talisman knife for my daughter. Just barely Heat treated & tempered. Now just need to clean it up & make handle & sheath.  After that, I gotta make a knife using Damascus. It’s a mix of 1095 & 15N20.

In the ever continuing saga of our batch tempering furnace, the owner of the company passed away and they still owe us lot of product. The family shut the company down and are ignoring my emails. ALL I WANT IN RETURN ARE THE SPECS FOR THE ELEMENTS

Yeah I know! All I want are specs so I can have them built elsewhere instead of the 10k+ we prepaid. His grandson emailed me back 3 weeks ago to inform me of the situation and they haven’t contacted us further. I really don’t want to involve lawyers over the already difficult situation their family has went through. The owners wife passed away in Feb-March and it was a family run business. Father, son, 2 grandkids.
