Sucks man. Looks to have worked out though, is it just bumper damage? I can't tell from the photo, but headlight looks good and same with the wheel. Take that insurance money and get a brand new bumper without all the bug splatters and paint chips!
Could be an opportunity to go with the 17+ bumper as well if you're into that.

i have a question though. adjuster just come to my house and cut me a check? or i need to get some estimates from shop?
i think it's only body damage and thinking about to do it myself
I just need to get front bumper painted

also i shouldnt touch anything until adjuster to check right?
i need to remove front bumper to check if more damage is done (i doubt there is none but making sure)

A few estimates can be nice to get the most buck, but based on the damage you've got, you're probably fine at your first quote. But yeah, I would certainly consider doing it yourself. Though at the same time, I have not had to deal with the front bumper off, and I would hate two things - imperfect paint match and the famous bumper sag. But in the end, that just depends on you and your effort in this.

i already listed up all the parts i need and damage plus possible damaged parts list as well

factoring out labor, my estimate came out around $2,800 if only body is damaged. if condenser, radiator is shot then it's another additional but when i visually checked no damage.

Yeah definitely get a good look at everything behind the bumper. But by the looks of it, you probably managed pretty well.
