I picked up a new toilet for the master bath today. As soon as I get it installed, I'm off to the driving range.

Well, today I put up the pool for the granddaughters. Yep, I picked the hottest day of the year, so far, 105 degrees F - hot for these parts.

Yes sir, I set and filled that 1,000 gal pool on that 38 year old, 2nd story deck.

They made that deck back in the days when they were made to hold up some weight -

(actually I did reinforce the deck a bit)

All three of the girls jumped right in - cold water and all.

There’s no way in hell I’m taking that ride into the abyss believing in that poorly illustrated deity. If I can in fact find the previous occupant’s mushroom stash, I’m going to get the black light and glow in the dark paints to create a mural of an Eclipse 2 breaking the speed of light.

Well, what did I do? As my son-in-law was dropping his 3 girls off at our house for a fun day at ma-mas and pa-pas day camp, I mentioned to him this would be a good week for him to clean off the roof of our house.
