Here you go, hope this works, this is like a three sec clip best I could get but it doesn’t sound like it exactly, in fact it might be a lil more exaggerated here:

Sounds a lot like the clatter the VVT makes on oft tunes, kinda hard to tell though. It's definitely not trying to install windows or anything major. That would be a louder knock and persistent at every rpm.

My car makes a similar sound.
