I think it is unfair to blame young generation. At least you can bring it back to stock. What people are doing with their faces and bodies is just mind blowing and I am sure it cost way more.

Probably go back to stock on their own when the shots wear off in 6 to 8 weeks. More like plasti dipping a roof than putting a widebody kit on.

Good luck putting this back to stock without major work!

I think a lot of the younger generation is over driving fast and recklessly on public roads. For some it's all about being slow and low on public roads. It's the same automotive passion, but a different take. Driving from place to place at night with your friends, stopping for snacks etc. Trackies say why would you want to look like that? They respond "why would you want to drive like that?"

That's cool, but why buy a car built for going fast and make the kind of mods designed to make them even faster - widebody for wider tires to handle increased power, aero for downforce, camber for faster cornering without losing traction. If you want low and slow, make a kick-ass low rider all your friends can pile in and cruise. I support people doing whatever they want with their own car, but some make me scratch my head.

This is so last year. The current trend is to run with the wheels completely outside the body, so you'll need some axle extenders on that bad boy.

You should tell that to all of the dummies that live in our city.
The street racing is getting so bad cops have named task forces dedicated to it.
In reality you just see them on a Friday night parked up blocking the directional flow on a entire road checking modified cars, and handing out tickets.
The racers have ruined all of the regular car meet spots.
Some dumbass in a truck tried showing off and drifted into a post knocking it over onto a car in a timmies drive thru. That stuck a nail in the coffin at that location.

It's pretty annoying. The amount of "race me bro" encounters I'm having is way more frequent this summer. Just yesterday a white Lexus booked it last me after I turned doing 120kmh in a 60 in a heavily residential area. He drove by a speed camera which is posted in the other direction.. part of me hopes it somehow catches him

ha seriously. Last week, at a red light, I accelerated kind of fast in double left turn lane because I needed to get out into the outside lane for a turn coming up and wanted to make some space to do so safely. The truck beside me decided I was trying to race and wound up and peeled out as soon as he saw me go, so I just left off the gas and ducked in behind him. He kept slowing down and getting beside me and revving and taking off fast trying to get me to race. I just shook my head.

I've already mentioned it once in another thread but I still regularly get vans/trucks that think they can go around a corner on off ramps chasing me.

They want to speed in traffic, then when a merge ramp appears suddenly they realize they are driving a van with bald ass Chinese velozza tires doesn't corner very well.

The weird timing of this conversation a Friend sent me this minutes ago from one of the places police are setup. One is called #operation noisemaker
