I like my job when shit really hits the fan, the sense of accomplishment when I fix something that no one else was able to fix is awesome. When I fix something that allows the ship to stay on mission instead of being towed home, is fucking incredible. But then there's the time at sea, I don't like being away for months at a time. The pay is good, even after turning down three promotions I'm still able to afford to give my family a great life style. I have to be careful, but we certainly don't need to fight about money.

Meh, maybe I'm on the low side of the win part?

I'm "happy but poor", but not really poor.

Just not as rich as I could be for similar work.

Definitely happy but poor as poor can be. graduated as an electrical engineer and love what my degree allows me to do, but going through interviews right now is leaving me dead poor. SECOND ROUND INTERVIEWS HERE I COME!
