About the clicking from the rear axle, do you know anything about it or is it not as popular as I thought?
No problem, happy to help.

The clicking I'm unfamiliar with, but maybe it's a bad bushing? If it's cracked, then it'll sort of flex and pop, making that clicking noise. I would take it to a dealer and see if they can check them out underneath.

This is the sound, exacly the same. People say to check the nut and I will, and it’s probably the problem. but I don’t if it can cause any vibration

I'll make sure.
Is it possible that that is what causing the vibration?
It's possible -

1. The shifter rattles above 4k rpms. I think it's worth mentioning that they have replaced the clutch at the dealership about 7000 kilometers ago.

Mine makes a wierd rattle noise too. Very low, but only at idle. Not an uncommon complaint don't sweat it.

2. (This started today after pushing the car a bit) When I turn the AC on, I get a weird whistle inside the cabin, and it stops after putting the AC on full blast, and then turning it down, but if I restart the car, it happens again.

Check the cabin air filter.

3. The car feels bumpy at 75-120kph cruise, every 3-5-7 seconds I get a very small single bump feeling, this happens on all roads so it's (probably, or the roads here are just so bad). There are no weird noises, just this small bump, like going on a road reflector, but a very very small one.

Yeah you need to isolate whether it's the roads or the car. Sounds more like a road issue than car though. I guess you could check the alignment and the rear diff and see if it is binding but I can't imagine what else it could be.

4. I searched a bit and understood that the weird "chirping cricket like" noise in idle is fine, is it really ok or should I get it the the dealer to fix it?

Yup, the crickets are normal. There's no way to get it fixed it's not a bug (pardon the pun!) it's a FEATURE!

Thank you for the answer!
Can you check out my other comments about the clicking noise and see if you are familiar with it?
And I need to change my cabin filter anyways in like 2k kilometers so I will check it then. The problem is now gone tho

The sound in the video clip is a loose axle nut. It makes a very distinct glassy click. Nothing else sounds like it.
