I made some great baked potatoes for Mother's Day. Local Publix grocery store (chain in the Southeast US for those not familiar) had HUGE red potatoes.

I had never seen them beyond the normal golf ball size. These weighed about a lb each and looked like a russet potato in size.

Wrapped 'em up, baked them for about 90 minutes, and they were creamy like butter. Best straight baked potato I think I've ever had.

Went really well with the ribeyes and crab legs I had for Mother's Day dinner.

I've had meals there were almost entirely starch. Potatoes, corn bread, corn, and breaded pork chops.

Yesterday I stalled for the first time in a couple months while in a parking lot. People were walking by and I had pretty much stopped so I wouldn't be in their way, and then it just happened, and I got stares.
