Worked on the fitment of my custom fender garnish... so far... so good.
![]() ![]() Countersunk holes on backside of rear overfender to accommodate the height of the rivet nuts.... this allows the overfender to sit flush against the car body. I will also countersink the screw holes deep enough so that I can fill them later. The screws will serve the purpose of holding the overfender tight to the car body while the 3M panel bond cures. They can be taken out once cured but I'm leaving mine in. ![]() ![]() IG @zeal.eightsix |

Still working this garnish... should have it ready to go tomorrow sometime. I'll mold it to the fender after I'm done with the driver side garnish. I'll use this one to help make the other side as identical as possible.

Custom garnish is complete! Won't do anymore with it until I mold it to the fender. I'll use my profile gauge to carry over the final shape as accurately as possible to the driver side garnish.
I plan on placing some mesh at the exit opening... I just have to look around for a mesh that will work for this application. Pretty happy with the final result! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() IG @zeal.eightsix |

I made some good progress today! I got started on my driver side garnish... I did some reinforcement and detail work on my driver side front fender. Also started the final detail work on my passenger side front fender.
Progress has been faster on the driver side because I've been able to transfer over measurements and such. Can't wait to have this kit installed so I can start making my custom aero parts! New target date for my reveal is September 15 Autocon at Formula Drift! IG @zeal.eightsix |

I got in a decent amount of work today.
I purchased gutter guard from Home Depot to make the mesh grille for my custom garnish... I'm probably going to make another so it can be perfect. The mesh will be secured to the garnish where the gray shows through. However in the final version I will paint or place some black vinyl in that spot so it doesn't stand out too much. ![]() Also worked on my driver side front fender and driver side garnish... things are going my way so far... Hope to be close to fitting both headlights and gapping my hood to the fenders by Monday. If I can get there I will drill the mounting holes for my fenders. Then I can start fitting my front bumper and the rest of the driver side aero... IG @zeal.eightsix |

I posted this in the classifieds but I'll post it here too...
**I'm wanting to add a spoiler that would work best with my chassis mount wing as well as the rest of my new aero setup. I feel the 5Axis Spoiler fits my new setup better than my Uras spoiler. I have plans to mold the spoiler to the trunk lid. The Uras spoiler fits great and is made of fiberglass. It covers the OEM spoiler holes. ![]() PM me up if interested... we could work out the details... IG @zeal.eightsix |

Update...
I have my passenger side front fender installed... albeit temporarily. I did drill out all the mounting holes... everything was pretty much on the money. Only issue I had was the headlight frame that ties into vehicle frame through the holes in the lower fender. I had to trim the frame in two spots and slightly enlarge a mounting hole. I won't know if the alignment was altered until I go to test fit my front bumper. Trimming the headlight frame wasn't a big deal because I had already trimmed the frame when I installed Quick-Latches for my bumper. I now have to do everything to the other side so I can test fit the front bumper. I also realized I'll have to add a little bit more material to my garnishes... it's a detail I overlooked. Easy adjustment though... I'll post pics when I get both fenders on... perhaps with my front bumper temp fit too. IG @zeal.eightsix |
