Seems that at one point they may have been made in Europe. Tough to say now. Plus I don't know how I feel about a company bragging about a 5" lip on their one piece cast wheels...

My issue with Rota is their business ethics. Recently they haven't had any dangerous failures. If they stopped directly ripping off successful designs, and misrepresenting how 'OEM' they are, it would fade out of the special place in my heart where I keep my anger...

Fuck it. Seems like the only place I can get a design I like with the color I want, with the offset I want is with Team Dynamics. They're just a tad heavy.

EDIT: In any case, the Pro Race 1.2 isn't the same as the 1.1 they used in BTCC. Heavier, bulkier wheel; the 1.2 that is.

OZ was/is WRC, too.

I'll probably be going with RPF1s (like everyone else) as the styling doesn't bug me and the price/weight is good. I want black with a silver BRZ. 18 more months, ugh...

Nope, but I don't see any 17x8; only 17x7.

I'm looking for 17x8, +38-45, Japan, Italy, Germany. I'm returning a lot of the JDM brands, but I'm not seeing weights for them. I need to know how much the wheels weigh, dammit!

XXR, Motegi, Enkei Raijin (only comes in 18 actually), Sparco Drift, TSW, and TR Motorsports are all cast in China. Volks and Rays are out due to price, but I really like the CE28N a lot.
