You did get raped but sparks are a bitch to replace in our cars and fuel filter is also annoying because you have to open the canister in the tank. But 2 grand. F that

That's only $1576 USD in case anyone is wondering. It still seems like a lot. They must have done a few more things than just plugs and fuel filter.
