If I could make this work and pass a plug in obd emissions I'd be all set. Sadly I don't believe it is possible with that Motec setup

It is possible, but we have most of what you would need on the M130 and still have a couple spots un dedicated. Why m150 ?

I only ask because I have a M150 already and was interested in the possible expandability for it.

When linking youtube videos. Take the "S" out of "HTTPS" and it will embed.

The a and b connectors on the 150 are mostly inputs and outputs, and the extra can bus channels. I have a 150 in my swap and only have a couple extra inputs going to those connectors. I could have gotten away with a 130 on mine and I have individual egt's, coolant pressure, exhaust map, etc

All good, I already have the 150 so no going back now.

i was in the same spot, already had the 150 from my built fa20 when we started doing the 2j swap/package on this car and realized a 130 would work just fine and save some money. i need to match up the diagrams again but im almost positive the m130 connectors on our swap harness will plug right into c and d on the 150 ecu, then the a and b can be populated as you add more down the road. my initial harness only has c and d populated, i didn't add anything to a or b until later on.
