We had our house painted over the past two days.

I had a horrible nightmare last night; all of our furniture was in the wrong room and there was no place to sit down. Then I woke up and discovered it wasn't a dream at all!!!!

I hate coming home to a rearranged house. Plenty of arguments over moving stuff around just for the sake of change. Finally learning to accept it somewhat. She does it to satisfy her own curiosity and it's some sort of expression I don't get. Who am I to stifle that?

I swear, out of all the places I've ever worked, the current one seems to be a hotbed for the damned plague. I have never gotten so sick so effing frequently.

However, I know I will adjust to the new arrangement in time ....... what upsets me more is when the "old" furniture has to be replaced with new stuff ......

Yep, sort of like a eagle re-arranging her nest ...... best not interfere .....

Our furniture is in exactly the same spots it was when we moved in 15 years ago. It has probably sunk into the floor by this point.

How do you know, mrs Tcoat doesn't re-arrange it during the day ..... and just puts it back before you get home .......
