it was pouring down rain on my way home saturday afternoon. Saw a Mustang on the opposite side of a divided hwy that had spun out and hit a tree. Not sure how it happened. the road was pretty straight and he had hit it with his drivers side. thought of some of the posts/memes here as soon as I saw it.

So, I went into getting my lease for my FR-S knowing that doing so with the intention of buying it out at the end was not financially sound. But, the lease was an amazing deal (30k miles a year that I've not even approached, all maintenance included, all consumables included, insurance included) and hard to pass up. Maybe just find another FRS that is cheaper? Or get them to lease you a 2016 with the same deal since the 2017s will be out. Plus they'll be trying to clear all the Scion inventory still

Yeah pretty much any day you're flying is a good day. Except when the reds and purples start popping up on the radar.. Those days I'd rather stay home.

That one has a 6. The 6 in those early Mustangs means the crowd has time to slowly saunter away while eating a hotdog, checking their texts and discussing the weather while the car creeps up to them.

That's not possible. It's a corporate lease, that's why it's such a good deal. If I just got another one it would have to be a 2017.

I grew up as a kid riding around in those death traps. My mother had two of them and both were scrap yard ready when she got them for $50.
Some of the most horrible times of my life was riding from Ontario to Nova Scotia in her 5 year old 64 1/2 with no floor and no exhaust system.


Was 16 hours of:
