My turn for a question, @ichitaka05 can we start a thread about donald trump although I know its politics I dont think it would come to people attack each other I just want to see people attack him cuz its funny watching the whole trump thing as a Canadian

I have a twofer going back to my earlier question.

Looking at their site, I see that OFT only lists the tablet for sale. Does it come with whatever the hell a cable or license is (again, I'm clueless about tuning) or do I have to buy them separate, most likely somewhere else? And do they have a map that tunes flexfuel? (Not sure if it's brand specific, but MotoEast's kit).

I believe OFT is sold as everything you need.

My turn for a question, anyone remove the gauge cluster trim? I dont want to tear off the pleather bit that attaches to the steering column trim

OFT comes with everything you need. There is no flex fuel support, but you can load up both an E85 map as well as a 93 map and just switch after filling the tank with a different fuel.

If you want proper flex fuel support with a blended map, you're gonna to have to go ECUTek. But that means more $$$!

You buy the physical tablet which comes with its matching obdii cord. The tablet functions as a logger as well as a read/write device. Their website contains all the tunes and definitions for free as well as the software to manage your OFT. They do not have flexfuel tunes available yet but it something they are working on.

There are quite a few tutorials somewhere on the site and their website also has good instructions. You just want to make sure that you update the tablet once you get it so it reads everything properly which again is not hard to do.

Once you have the tablet updated you just load tuning files to the tablet and use the tablet to flash your car's ECU.

It is also a good idea to download RomRaider so you can make changes to the tunes. This really is not as hard as it sounds. I did the very simple cold crank E85 changes without any prior experience and didn't brick my ECU or blow up my engine
