^RS-R Coyote engine swap is a true sleeper car. Looks stock... til you hear it roar.
Now THAT is nice. How sad would the owner of the Rocket Bunny be to get blown out by something as stock-looking as that? "But muh rivets!"

Take all that off, put on some tires that fit in the standard body, I would be tempting particularly given that might trim as much as $10K off the price (how much is the RB kit installed by itself?)

Of course, you may need all that rubber to get the power down.
Cost of install could vary hugely. Honestly, if I was to RB my car, I'd do it myself and spend some money on new toys (power tools) that would come in handy in other places in the real world.

But, 1k-3k probably isn't too far off the cost of install. Of course assuming there are no hook ups or discounts.

Personally, I would take any ls motor over a coyote swap. If that white car had an ls1.... perfect.

I'd like an inline six of some sort, for the sound if nothing else.

Although I would probably shoot for square 255 or 265 on 9" wheels in a quality compound and not bother with mucking around with the fenders.

tl;dr the rocketbunny is mostly for looks, you can fit a good amount of tire on an 86 without mawds and compound > size.
I have 18x9.5's on my brz with no WB kit and it barely has any poke (not enough for cops to bother me about it) si RB kit is useless if we are strictly speaking tire width and clearance

Do/does a typical Rocket Bunny car get as much money spent on internals as as it does on the outside? Trying to like the RB, but it just looks odd. For just the cost of the body, you could leave a whole lot of cars (and sad faces) in the mirror.

Generally no. There are a few kicking around that have some extensive under the hood work. For the most part though, the kit is just for scene points

I feel like, for $53k, I would like it to have bigger brakes.
