It will definitely be a high mileage car as I have done 2300km on it in just 2 weeks, and I plan on posting updates and what not. I got the extended power train warranty for 200k km so I am not worried about anything going anytime soon.

Will posts pics eventually. I also want to create a DIY to installing subwoofers using stock head unit some time this summer. Still deciding on things like whether I should tint, what winters to get, new wheels if any, etc.
Hi there, I'm new as well, how can non oem floor mats affect the tranny? That's the strangest thing I've ever heard. It's like them saying your tranny went because you changed the seat covers haha.

They don't, it's just a stealership being a stealership.

I'm also surprised how nonchalant he typed that out, I'd be infuriated.

No, I'm used to cars with a lot more power but I'm content with the power as it is. Car felt pretty good at buttonwillow yesterday.

Hi,
I took delivery of my '15 Halo FRS this past Saturday and I'm loving every minute of modding/driving it especially it is my first MT car.

Hey,
Been lurking on the site for years now, living vicariously through all of the various builds and mentally building what would be my dream car. It still seems surreal to say that yesterday i was able to drive off the lot in that dream. I cant wipe the smile off my face, and i found myself all day watching the clock and counting down the mins until i was able to go for a cruise (even if most of it was in typical toronto traffic).

This is more of a thank you than a hey, to the members here, for helping build and fuel the passion.

Cheers

2016 Scion FRS

Been driving this car for three months now and I love it! I got the manual and it's really fun. It's nice to not borrow my dad's 95 Accord all the time! Nice to meet you all and I would love to make some new friends here! I would also love to learn from experts as well. Are there any tips or recommendations to owning this car? Thanks!

Hello.

I registered in the FT86Club forums in November 2011, thinking I was going to hop right into one one as soon as they hit dealers. Things didn't go as planned, my username went dormant, and probably got swept out during some house cleaning (more than fair).

Now I'm back, and actually followed through this time. Presenting my new firestorm manual 2015 FR-S:

I just got home from a 12-hour round trip to Dallas to go get it, and I'm a bit mush. Looking forward to playing with it soon.

Hey guys new here, I got myself a 2016 FRS and love the car! In the two months that I've had it I already added some 17x7.5 Sparco Assetto Gara red rims trying to keep the lightweight build of the car. Glad to be part of the community, and share some the experiences with this car and what the plans for the future are!

Hello to everyone,

Just bought my GT86 and recieved it yesterday
It's black from 11/2014 with 5500km on it looks as new.

I have a couple of questions concerning the car and don't really know whereto ask them.

I intend to mod the car bit and already ordered the first parts
