For me, I will get all kinds of chirping/clicking/rattling/thunking/clunking, or a combination of those depending on the weather. Maybe today it is raining and cold, I will get a tapping noise from the rear deck. Either you get used to it or you're going to go nuts like I did the first couple of month's. These noise come and go and something will be making a noise no matter what. I sure know it wasn't very comforting when other user's told me to "just deal with it" but it is the unfortunate truth for a peace of mind.

make sure it is coming from the trunk. I had a rattle like that and it turned out to be the plastic lower piece on the drivers side where the front seat belt attaches too. I placed some caulk on the seam between the upper and lower plastic piece to stop the rattle.

I have also caulked all the wires in the trunk to keep them from moving around , and anything else that looks like it could move. Even caulked down the panels around the spare to prevent any movement.

Now I ride as quiet as a church mouse

Just wondering if you found a solution to this. I have that exact same sound granted mine is a 2013 and when I got back there even in the cabin area with the seats up I cant find anything that moves.

I kinda did. Just re-installed my tail lights and it seems to have gone away.

Try moving your tail light and see if it makes the squeaky sound like in the video.

I have squeaks rattles, bangs, and such all the time in this car. It bothers me on occasion, I get motivated to find them all...then I go for a nice drive and I forget about them.

This car was built around compromises, one of them being creature comforts including a quiet cabin.

Simple fix, just go stuff sponge/foam under the rear deck where your finger can go through.
