If you have other parts you want to have the carbon fiber look you can go to just about any sign shop and they can wrap your parts for much cheaper. I go to a local sign shop to have everything wrapped, it comes out better than if I tried to do it myself

Installed my Gloss Black Vinyl wrapped unpainted roof spoiler from @Beat-Sonic . Bought the unpainted version because I had left over vinyl from when I wrapped my roof and damn can I say it looks GOOD! I think next up would be a sharkfin antenna to fix up the roof some more.

Pictures below but please excuse the dirty car...

I wouldn't get interior trim pieces near the dash for the reason that in the future when I boost my car I might have gauges there, or on the left still undecided. Otherwise I'd get these real carbon fiber pieces, they look good

How many years was it again before you decided to go FI? I forget. If it was 2 years, I would just get them now and sell them later on when you do get gauges.

You're right, I'll probably get them only if it's on sale for black friday though, and yeah I'll be FI in 1.5~2 years.

Replaced the OEM trunk amp with one channel of a Blaupunkt EM455 and took a bunch of RTA measurements of the stock sound system.
Looks like the door speakers have a 6dB/octave low pass around 600Hz. The dash speakers appear to have a resonance around 20kHz that takes a while to decay, but it's not too peaky in the actual response.

Thanks for that information.
Any idea where the dash midranges are crossed over at? Are they bandpassed or do they just roll off on both sides?

If you mean between the mid and tweeter, I didn't check that out since I don't plan to use them long term. If you can read the component values, I can calculate the filters. That would probably be the more consistent way to do it to minimize the impacts of component variance.

If you mean the HP crossover to the combined dash, the response looks like it's a bit above 400Hz, it could be a room mode that's bumping the response up a bit below 600Hz. It does look like a 6dB slope. I had some garage noise at the low end that makes readings below 200 really iffy.
