What do you have planned for intake and exhaust?

Seeing your a custom, wanta be different kind of guy. I don't think this will stop at the engine.

Also what is your goals with more definitive hp, torque & RPM expectations? Based on your math and calculations estimated?

I really wish I had a mule brz to drop a built EZ36D engine in it. I would so take my time and go your route. That'll give me something to forget about the wife. I mean life....

Keep it up!! +1

Looking to hit 275-300HP
In the past a build I did with stroker crank will power the TQ past the HP
It was a EJ22 with EJ25 crank 142WHP 168WTQ

I hope to see 275HP-300TQ, 300HP-325TQ

Exhaust will off the shelf looking for best high end power curve,
Intake will be a one off manifold, Look at the Lexus LFA for inspiration

Subscribed to both threads. You seem passionate your build and I can't help but feel excited about any info or progress. Btw, subscribing to post dead tired at 2am with no glasses was no easy feat.

Well here it is complete and moving the 2.3 liter short block!
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvNc4SbsFbA"]Turning the 2.3ltr BRZ FRS Short block - YouTube[/ame]

Also picking up a complete second engine this weekend for missing misc bolts and stuff. would cost more to buy the individual parts from Subaru then buy a spun bearing engine.

Can we expect 9000+ rpm? I think we've all been waiting for an epic Na build. I hope you hit your targets.

Maybe mid summer,
Engine took a year mainly a waiting game but partially because the one off parts are not cheap when they are custom machined.
