Looking at the specs, it really doesn't feel like it's much different at all from the current m235.
I was hoping for the M2 to be somewhat like the Alfa Romeo 4C, or if you rather, kind of the same type of car the twins are instead of being the type of car that's just a tad bit overpowered for pure non-track use. Last edited by STZ; 10-14-2015 at 04:48 AM. |

I would agree as the dimensions are similar, and was worried for a bit, both can attain 7000rpm. Perhaps a bit too attached to the "material" world but I would think road mannerism and respect from other drivers could be more civilized. Last night I was trying to leave a voicemail with my Bluetooth and some lady rolled beside me and asked me to move a foot forward so she can park easier. I didn't mind, but I was obviously talking on the phone! I wouldn't dare do that 15 years ago to a person in a 2001 M3. It was my fault though. I should of just shut the car down completely and rolled the window completely. Interestingly, I was well under 6 meters from the stop sign. |

Actually, 50g today was like 30g's in 2001 depending on how you use inflation indexes. We indeed are in a golden age of automobiles

was trying to get a m235i a while ago and they were going for 50 after all the add ons and fees. Doubt this will be under 60k.

Very doubtful I agree. It seems this will be the ballpark price range for cars like this now. Just look at how the new IS200t is STARTING at $37k. |

Torque and horsepower are really tempting, but this weighs 1000lbs more than our cars... and at around 50k starting. idk, tempting to trade in the brz and shell out for this tho...
