No a front strut brace/bar will not clear. Edelbrock's reasoning is when I asked them about this is that they wanted to use the engine space to maximize runner length and plenum volume.

Anyways Edelbrock has had it for over about a month now testing it and hopefully I will be getting it back soon with the CARB sticker also. They told me my warrant starts when i get it back. They wanted me to bring my car to Auto Enthusiast day but I was out of state this past weekend and their policy is that only the owner could bring it to the show. Anyways here are some pics. One was emailed to me (don't know why the orientation is not right side up as when i uploaded it was fine) , the other I just got off of IG. Their's of course is the BRZ which they have wrapped and mine is the FRS in the back.

As far as the oil cooler is concerned, they told me that they might be planning on releasing their own oil cooler but no final decisions yet. Perrin's system should work I was told.

Is this going to have the awesome whine like the innovate it seems most of their e force chargers dont whine that much. really hoping with full bolt ons and a good tune this kit can make 300 to the wheels and instant torque low end then i will choose this.

How would the install stack up against a centrifugal SC? This looks like it would be much easier to install and remove.

removing the intake manifold and whats attached to it, and replacing it with one of these guys does not look easier than adding a bracket for centrifugal SC install... for me at least.

The stock intake manifold comes off in about 10 minutes. It opens up the possibility for more mistakes however. Lots of inexperienced installers pinch wires and ruin injector seals.

I have done a Kraftwerks and my own Sprintex Kit, the Sprintex was far easier. Removing the intake was not that bad at all.

Idk if just a 93 tune will net 50-70 more whp its a possibility I guess we just have to wait in see I really hope this kit can compete with turbos though

No point in speculating on something like this, let's just wait and see what the reality is!

Well if this made 240 something on a bone stock automatic car then with bolt ons like header and exhaust plus a 93 tune maybe it could be up near 280-300 and hopefully have more torque then turbos I have a strong feeling this will be much better then the overpriced cosworth kit

Can't wait to see how the IC holds up to track use. If this doesn't heatsoak, it'll be a VERY good alternative to the JR kit.
