This is true and why most of the time the modified Bilstein path is a non-starter for most.

We are working on another solution but it will likely be at least a year away and I don't want to get anyone's hopes up.

Any hints?

Is it related to Bilstein or KW brand?

A new RCE 1-way adj?

Or, a modified Bilstein?

Soo...what if cost isn't an issue here? I purposefully bought Bilstein for the ease of service/revalving/rebuilding. I just want to run Hypercos instead of these stupid progressive springs, dammit. haha. I just need help figuring out rates.

After looking at a dyno plot of the standard valving I would put the limit at 350 lbs/in springs.

A good question would be:

Which has better valving, that can handle more springs rate, or better suited for track - OTS B14 or RCE T0?

Until we have a clear confirmation/go-ahead and a timeline I just can't or won't tease too much. The hold-up is not necessarily development time and we just have to be patient and hopeful. It's not always easy to get manufacturers on board for niche products for a niche car!

I won't say better valving but our RCE T0 would be more suited to the track IMO than off the shelf B14.

As Andy said in the beginning, unless you have a shock dyno you aren't going to be revalving or building any kind of dampers worth a damp...
